Craig is a former Managing Partner and Chair of KPMG in Scotland. During a career spanning more than 35 years at KPMG, he led on a wide range of substantial corporate transactions both in the UK and internationally, managed the firm’s relationship with many of the leading businesses in Scotland while simultaneously growing the firm and empowering its senior team.

Sharon Brown

Sharon Brown

Sharon has significant financial experience, primarily within the retail and financial services sectors.  She held a senior financial position within the retail division of John Menzies plc and between 1998 and 2013 she was Finance Director and Company Secretary of Dobbies Garden Centres Plc which included a period of five years under the ownership of Tesco.  She has also held Non-Executive Director roles in a number of other retail and FS businesses including McColl’s Retail Group plc.

John Dunsmore

John Dunsmore

John has extensive experience in the acquisition, management, development and sale of consumer brand businesses.  Having started his career at Scottish & Newcastle, he rejoined the company as Head of Corporate Development in 1996 and became Group CEO in 2007.  He was also CEO of C&C Group plc for 3 years.  In 2012 he moved on to co-found Hothouse Brands and developed a family hospitality business, comprising The Edinburgh Beer Factory, Thistly Cross Cider and Paolozzi Restaurant & Bar. He recently retired as Senior Independent Director at Fuller’s, the London family pub company, and as Chair of Chapel Down plc, the leading English Sparkling Wine company.

Pamela Scott

Pamela Scott

Pamela was, until December 2019, Global Operational Excellence Director at Diageo. She brings extensive skills in leadership and strategic thinking from experience covering end to end supply chain in a European and in a global context.  She has also held several senior leadership positions across Diageo including Technical, Innovation, Packaging Operations, HR and Global Transformation areas.  Until recently she was advising Suntory Beverage & Food GBI (makers of Lucozade and Ribena) as a consultant, on its preparation for the introduction of DRS in the UK.

Arnu Misra

Arnu has held several senior level commercial, analytical, leadership roles within retail, leisure, home improvement , clothing and food manufacturing including  Asda , Loblaws (Canada), Matalan and Wickes DIY . Latterly as CEO of Nisa, led the successful merger and CMA approval of the Nisa - Co op transaction.

Jane brings a wealth of international CIO, Technology and Program Management leadership experience in FMCG, Foodservice and Oil & Gas.  Her career has included senior positions with Ferrero, Mars, Coca-Cola, Bidfood (formerly 3663 First for Foodservice) and Baker Hughes.
